The Beloit Daily News —named Best of Division in 2019 by the Wisconsin Newspaper Association — traces its roots to 1848, making it one of Wisconsin’s longest established publications. The paper’s website — beloitdailynews.com — became Wisconsin’s first online newspaper in 1995. The digital edition has been available online continuously since, and has been recognized for its early adoption numerous times.
